"Very busy and very slow. I had no appointment and waited 3 hours. Said they were fully staffed with 2 employees drawing blood and one of them also working the front counter. Staff was friendly"

"Staff is sooo rude!! Nobody told them to get up and come to work! Wouldn’t let you talk. Jasmine steady telling me she don’t have the labs and I told the prior lady I had selected the wrong lab. She wouldn’t even let me speak to tell her what’s going. Jasmine kept slamming things around as if customers were an issue. Jasmine started discussing my medical records with another patient before confirming if they were me or not. I definitely do not recommend this facility at all!! Save the jail time and go down a Mile to Walgreens."

"I made an appointment for employment drug screening for 8 AM thinking that would be plenty enough time to get the test done and make it for my shift at work less than 3 miles away at 9 AM. I sat in the waiting room after checking in for 40 minutes looking at the screen that I was the only one there that had an appointment; everybody else was walk in and I watched as every other person in the waiting room got called in. That’s ridiculous. If I made an appointment, you should honor that. I honestly do not care how long the walk in line was or how long they had been waiting. I made an appointment for a reason. I expect to be seen close to my appointment time. I am a patient person, but waiting 40 minutes and not being able to talk to anybody at the desk to move my appointment because nobody is at the desk is absolutely ridiculous. I will not be going back to this location ever again. Total waste of time."

"Showed up for my appointment 15 minutes early. Signed in on my phone through the available app. Got a response back that they acknowledged it and that they would let me know when I can come inside. 15 minutes past my appointment time I went to the front door only to find a notice on the front door saying that the facility was closed this is at 10:45 in the morning. How was it that in this day and age that they were not able to email meText me or call me to let me know that the facility was closed . Definitely unprofessional operation"

"Waiting time.... No one in front desk as you can see on the picture empty and when this blonde lady with short hair came out had a nasty attitude...... Rude staff... I would not recommend this location... Definitely management need to work and train the staffing... As for me never coming back.. And definitely will try to keep people i know as far as they can from here."
