"The young lady that helped me at opening time on Memorial day was awesome! Very helpful store. I really appreciated how knowledgeable and efficient she was. Thank you!!"
"Sergio was Top Notch in his efforts to assist and answer my myriad of questions. He worked to get me setup with a new phone for my wife in record time. His expertise was well appreciated. I'd give Sergio SEVEN Stars if I could!"
"We purchased two phone lines from T-Mobile. One works perfectly. The second one does not and does not receive phone calls. This has been an ongoing issue since we purchased the phone and we voice our concerns within the 14 day return window. We have been with T-Mobile for two months now and have had nothing but difficult difficulties with one new iPhone 15 Pro Max. All we are continuously told by the store was to call 611 and have them take care of it. We have spoken to customer support a dozen times at this point, and there seems to be no resolution. They are not willing to exchange the phone for a new phone. We took the phones to Apple twice they told us it was a carrier issue. T-Mobile continues to run troubleshooting steps and diagnostics and keeps blaming Apple for the issue when clearly it is a problem with the carrier. We asked several times for T-Mobile to exchange the device for a different one and they failed to honor our request. Our next step is to move these two business lines back to Verizon. When customers have issues they are not able to resolve them at the store where the device was purchased. Our sales representative Sergio was helpful at first, but was unable to assist us due to T-Mobile’s procedures. Being routed to technical support rather than T-Mobile replacing the device is not an option. Verizon would’ve had this device replaced within one business day of the issue, especially after Apple determined that it’s a carrier issue."
"Stay away from this T-Mobile store. Super unhappy with some of the shadiest salesmanship I’ve ever encountered. Went in to T-Mobile at Gulf Coast Town Center to trade in for a new iPhone, was given a few sales pitches for accessories (like buying a new case and paying half up front and financing the rest…) I hate it but have no problem listening to the pitch and politely declining. I got my new phone in hand as I left with the box and receipt in a bag. Only when going to throw out the bag today, 2 days later do I see a usb c charger block in it. My first thought was “oh, they included a charger block with my purchase.” I don’t need it, have a bunch already and had declined any accessories but something didn’t feel right as I looked at the $19.99 + tax sticker on it. So I pulled out the receipt that had been folded up twice and snuck into the bag by the same salesperson. Sure enough, the charge was there for $19.99 and tax. Not once was I told I was making this purchase or made aware it was even on the bill. Thinking back on the experience I only recall the salesman saying “everything today comes to $xxx.xx” so I guess he was able to cover himself instead of saying “the total today for the phone is $xxx.xx” but whether or not this is legal has nothing to do with it, the fact that it’s a $19.99 charger has nothing to do with it. The practice of sneaking items into a customer’s purchase is why I had to sit down and write this long review. I know I can go return it, but I live over an hour away and I don’t know if I will be back in the area before my unauthorized purchase return date expires… For anyone reading, you can look this up on the T-Mobile Reddit, evidently not an uncommon practice for their salespeople and I am sure it comes down to management pushing for accessories quotas or something… really pathetic"
"Great Friendly and Genuine service by Nestor! Throughout the one hour, he assisted my parents by helping setting up their phones up and transferring everything over. And he was extremely patient during the time we were here."
