Publix Super Market at University Crossing

"Worst Publix ever. NO BANANA'S, after looking everywhere and finding nothing just an empty shelf. I complained at checkout and they were totally unaware of being out. After expressing my displeasure with the fact, then nobody offered any help to my car and I even had a handicap cart of theirs. Don't pay to complain, I will shop at Walmart or Winn Dixie from now on. This place just plain sucks. I know other stores run out of stuff too. but I expect that from them, Publix is supposed to be a higher standard, NOT TODAY."

"This store has restored my faith in the goodness of people. We thought we lost our Citibank credit card and as a last resort I called Publix to find out if perhaps someone may have turned in the card since it was the last place that the card was used. Customer service told me that yes indeed someone had turned in the card. I am so grateful and happy again to note that there are good people in this world. I love the store anyway but now I even love it more"

"Picked up some chicken noodle soup for my sister in law, she had recently gotten a cold. She said it was delicious and she felt much better the next day. Chicken Soup has special healing powers."

"Nice modern Publix. They carry a small selection of Kosher items. Sometimes I find small supply of Kosher meat, but not always. The only kosher available yesterday were overpriced appetizers in the freezer case (see attached photos). Fyi Trader Joe's carries a much better selection of Kosher foods including several beef & poultry items."

"A clean, well lit supermarket. Their BOGO's are awesome, and the main reason I go there. The plentiful staff is super-friendly. Forest was spot-on with good directions on where to find an item and Robin was a pleasure at the register. I got my shingles vaccine there. Susan was friendly in the liquor store."
