"I love my daily coffee run and frequent a Dunkin about 20 times per month. This location has been my go-to for the last few years while in Fort Myers. That is over now because it is not the pleasant experience that it once was. Twice recently my drive through order has been wrong, and rather than just making it right, the employee insists that it’s what I ordered through the speaker. A mistake is always possible on my end, yes, but in both cases my passenger heard the order. I am really not interested in arguing over the fifty cent overcharge and don’t care whose fault it was. Just make it right. If you go, I suggest ask the employee to read back your order. Or go inside. The employees seem exasperated, maybe understaffed? Last year the microphone wasn’t fully functional; maybe that’s still a problem? Or the owner could help everyone out by installing the screen that displays the order at the drive through. To build upon the pettiness, when you order less ice for your beverage, they don’t fill the cup. That’s right. Nobody does that! Sadly, I’ll go elsewhere for my daily coffee enjoyment."
