"I went for an order pickup and seemed to be interrupting the employees personal conversations. I asked if I could get help loading a large box into my car. One employee said she couldn't because of her nails. Another employee then gave me a cart. That didn't really help what I was asking for. The 2 boxes were over $2,000. We should have ordered from a different location."

"Ever since Best Buy went to their “Apple store” model where you have to put your name into a computer and stand around and wait the service has been horrendous for the last couple of years. I will prefer to find another vendor for my computer purchases. They started this during Covid and haven’t gone back and it is an unpleasant experience to shop there any longer find somewhere else to spend your money and get customer service."

"This is a normal Best Buy. You can find also anything electronic at reasonable prices. Get directions to the item you need from the greeters at the front door… it will save you time. Avoid weekends if possible, especially if you want some advice from the staff. Weekdays at opening time are best. Parking is plentiful."
