"This location has been around for a long time and it used to be better, but the be okay few times I've gone, it has not been as good as it used to be. It's not bad, but a few times the rice has been overcooked and the meat was not flavorful. Worth a try if you're nearby."

"Omg, omg, omg!! This restaurant has the best food in Fort Myers, that is finger licking good!! The owner Jay was very nice and talkative, and did not have an attitude like the woman in Irie Jamaican Restaurant. When you go into “Caribbean cuisine,” you may be turned off because the owner is still fixing it up. I told him about my experience with Irie Jamaican restaurant, and before I received my food he stated “that Irie has lost a customer!” Ok, I ordered the oxtail dinner and my daughter ordered brown stew chicken. Jay said “do you want to see your food now, or do you want to be surprised?” I said “I’ll wait to get home and see what I’m working with.” Omg!!! The food is AMAZING!! I even got a rice and peas with gravy for free!! I’m going to post some photos, and please go and patronize this man’s place of business. The phone number online doesn’t work, because I tried it before traveling that hour there but it was worth EVERY penny. Not like Irie Jamaican restaurant, where they dig around for bones to put on your plate, and the wife always have her face made up and yelling at the husband. The food at Caribbean Cuisine is enough for two people on one tray!"
