"The website says that they are open on Sundays but I assure you that they were very much closed when I visited on Sunday. Not a good way to run a business."
"The post office personnel were wonderful, the 2 women working in the store today not so much, not at all friendly. The store itself is small but adequate will a decent selection of cards and gifts including Baggallini purses and Nora Fleming serving pieces."
"We are so fortunate to have this store and post office! It is the closest one to my home business. I drop off packages here all the time. The owner and staff are super friendly. It is a pleasure speaking with them every time I go. The hallmark store has everything imaginable!"
"Today two employees treated me with disrespect. A postal worker told me which door to use for the restroom and then I had a dramatic shocking disturbance of violent banging on the door while in the restroom! The postal worker told me it was another employee and smirked carelessly while telling me I should not have used the restroom. This double message add more stress as I was already shaken up by the violent knocking. I was trying to find out what happening but made to feel ashamed for respectful asking to use the restroom! If I was in error, I should be given every courtesy as a patron. I was not finished shopping but I had to leave because I was so frighted and publicly shamed! I respectfully only purchasing the items I set at the counter. I still had several other premier ornaments to find but I felt uncomfortable searching for the rest of items. I made a purchase of $32.12 at 12:07 pm. I had to sit in the parking lot for awhile before driving because this experience. I could not help to think the experience would have been different if I was not a black woman! I ended up driving across town to another hallmark location and finished my purchase of $215.15 at 2:18 pm of hallmark ornaments. Today was a premier day to pick up ornaments and I would have loved to finish my purchase at Kays' Shop but my patronage was severely disrespected collaboratively. The other hallmark store opened the door for me as I entered the store, took my list, picked out all my ornaments, and cheerfully interacted with me. I left your store crying with tears of shame and I left the other store crying with tears of gratitude. The other store had no idea what I experience just moments before!"
"Poorly Managed Post Office. No prepaid package drop off without standing in line. This has been a problem for years! It's like they can't conceive of putting a drop off basket or cart within reach to alleviate the backed up line for those that have already pre paid for package shipment. Don't waste your time sharing your opinion unless you want a snarky arrogant response... Simple logic supply a cart For people to put their prepaid packages in to alleviate the long Line."
