"The staff is AWESOME here. We stopped in to get some fireworks for the upcoming holiday and from the second you walk in you are greeted by very nice security and the staff at the desk. We were walking around and got some help from one of the floor helpers and she was great! She gave us some recommendations and we can wait to use them. We will always come to this location rather than the tents."

"Went for 4th of July 2023. Prices were good. But I kept getting followed by an employee who kept telling me “if you need help, just ask.” I said, “sure thing!” Then I proceeded to walk around the store with this guy behind me at every turn. It’s like he was watching me. I knew this was the case when I told him “thanks for your help, I got what I need,” he said “no problem” and then I turned around and went straight to the cash register. Surprise: he’s behind me again, like super close. This guy made me super uncomfortable, and the other employees weren’t much better either. They even had an old address of mine on file, despite never being there before? That was creepy…The only thing you guys did well are the prices, but I’d rather pay more somewhere else to not feel like a criminal while shopping for stuff. I was at Sky King earlier in the day and it went much smoother. Sky King’s staff was friendly, and while it was busy, we got everything we needed and out of the store in a timely manner. We waited twenty minutes before we could finally leave Phantom Fireworks. Not that you guys care, but I’ve been merrily telling people about this hilariously uncomfortable experience at your store to warn them never to buy stuff from you again. At least until you teach your members not to stalk customers in the store. Also, many of my purchases were duds. Sky King is better!"
