"The gentleman working the terminal C location at 7am on 1/28 was rude and unhelpful. He refused to check anyone out at the register and ordered us to the single self checkout with 4 customers waiting, with one endlessly struggling to pay with the card. No assistance. Rude. Returned my items to the shelf and purchased water elsewhere. He does not deserve to work in customer service."

"This review applies specifically to the Dunkin within The Beaches Travelmart in the RSW terminal. I did not purchase other merchandise. The service was fast and accurate. We ordered refreshers with customization and an iced matcha latte - all of the drinks were just right. The prices seemed the same as a non-airport Dunkin."

"I went into the store at Fort Meyers International Airport to purchase a water. I greeted the cashier three times and she would not acknowledge me. Another customer spoke to her and she was fine with them. Frankly I felt discriminated agains as I am a latino and the other person was a blond caucasian. The cashier’s name is Karla, if working in an environment that has all kinds of people in it makes your biases come out, well maybe you should look for another type of employment where you are isolated. It is not cool to make people feel this way. Specially when the customer feeling Karla’s dissent is an American Military Veteran."

"There were two cashiers and I proceeded to go to the smaller line because I was waived over my one of them. As I was checking out the other cashier proceeds to scream at me “THERE IS ONE LINE” so I tried to move and the cashier checking me out confirmed with me it was okay as her associate continued to yell at me two more times as I was leaving the store. Worst experience I’ve ever received from an employee."
