"I made a mistake with a recent order and the customer service at this store was very impressive. In fact, I made several mistakes because it was a delivery order that I had to postpone twice. Every person behind the counter displayed exceptional customer service skills and they all had great personalities. It wasn't at all the experience that I was expecting so I just couldn't go without leaving a 5 star review."

"This was unfortunately my first experience in a dispensary after moving from out of state, and I was shocked at the treatment by the bud tender. Any question I asked was answered with short, clipped answers. Her tone definitely made it clear she did not want to be assisting me, and I felt very unwelcome and as if it was an inconvenience to have come in. I was curious about some of the other products, and a puffco, but I wasn’t comfortable asking any more questions after the treatment I had received upon arrival, and the further continued attitude after I took the time to fully look at the menu, away from the counter. I took advantage of the deal that brought me in, and left. Wholly unimpressed with the service I received."

"EDITED POST I truly like the service given at Surterra in person, that is!!! They are knowledgeable & great customer service from the Staff in store! Unfortunately not so much when you call in, sorry but whoever answered my call was not in the mood I guess to talk or to assist on the phone!! It was like pulling teeth with him! I truly must say that has been the very first time that has ever happen since I have been purchasing from Surterra!! When in Store everyone is super pleasant but the best is that they are knowledgeable and for me those two combos are great! Service by the Staff in person store service & product is the best!!!"

"Was in the other day to take advantage of a sale. They always have the best sales. Sorry I never got around to writing a review so since I just was in I figured they deserved some praise. Always a good experience. Had Ashley help me last time. She was great. Gave me some great suggestions. Word to ownership: start allowing tips! Some of the staff really go out of their way to explain each product to you instead of just ringing you up. I’ll be back!"
