"Would give a zero star if possible. Where do I begin with this. This place rips you over the coals and does nothing to take care of you. My father-in-law has been paying for this place to leak for the last year for nothing but leaks and mold on all of his stuff! This is supposed to be insulated and yet it’s still leaking! They “compensated” him by giving him tarps to cover his place. Moving out ASAP and hoping his valuables can hold up until we move everything out."

"I was charged for additional fuel after telling one employees that on my paperwork it was showing almost full and reality it was 3/4 of a tank full. I will be going to the facility this morning and speaking to a manager and showing him the picture as proof because one of his employees told me that it was full and I kept telling them to look again I didn't want to tell them that they were actually blind so I took it this way but I will be back showing the manager the picture that I took before leaving the facility showing the mileage and where the needle actually was. Here are the pictures of before I left and how I put the fuel back to exactly where it was."

"When we picked up our truck, the representative was very helpful. We asked her the additional day charge. She told us $20 and of course we believed her but then when we return the truck they charge $40 a day so either she’s not informed or she’s a liar and I guess it what it means you have to review your contract even though they tell you one thing and then Bilyeu another I don’t recommend this company."

"It really is quite sad when you want to try and argue with me the specifics on what your vehicle actually had before leaving the site. And then to try and charge me an extra $25 on top of my bill. A quarter tick is a quarter tick. Proof is in the pudding by the other multiple bad reviews stating your having customers pay extra for nonsense I already had a feeling this was going to happen. Very unfortunate!"
