"i went this morning to fix some problems my phone had with service, i had gone somewhere to fix it about a week ago but it took 3 hours and it was already messed up again and today it took less than 30 minutes and my data is 10x better and faster and the service was so good!!! one of the women there, dayami was the one helping me and she was so funny and kind, she really gives this store a glow when she laughs because she is just so amazing, would recommend coming here if you ever have any problems with your phone."

"My experiences with MetroPCS in Morse Shores Plaza on Palm Beach Blvd were not good, Unfortunately. I was not greeted at all and after an extended period of time my questions were finally answered with mumbling. There were no customer service skills exhibited which finally ended up with me leaving the store Feeling misused. The end result was that after several years of being with MetroPCS we went to a different provider total with all three phone lines. Customer service is absolutely what I expect when I shop anywhere. If I don’t feel good about something I don’t want it."
