"I bought a home internet device which has only worked for 6 days.. horrible I have been back to the store that I purchased it at and gotten no help but the run around I have days up there even up to 5 hours working on this issue and still not resolved and still was sent home with the same device that doesn’t work .!! How is this customer service ? Actually bad customer service .. I am needing answers all I would like is for it work the right way I guess that is to much to ask…"
