"Where are the employees that actually work. I just went in to get my online purchase and because the little kid upfront diving in the phone couldn't help me return my purchase nor help me get another item he just sent me off to look for whatever I was looking for all over the store to find nothing yet the online orders are very close to the door I had to find it my self and anyone can come thru and take whatever from that stand. This is unacceptable for any customer to get their stuff in this store. So this store is the worst store ever in the region."
"This location is great, inside Largo mall! Easy to get in and out. Multiple areas to turn in at and exit at. Parking right out front and handicap ramp up to door. The staff is knowledgeable about products and the sales are always good. Inside is clean and always seasonally themed."

"I went to find a candle making kit. I was lost. An employee name Nikki (hope I spelled it right) approached me with a courteous attitude and offered assistance. Not only did she help me find the product I needed, she also provided me with details and additional information relevant to candle making. This will be my permanent Michael's from now on. The attitude of each employee I met was warm and welcoming. This place is awesome. Great culture with great people."
