"Matthew in service is a fantastic communicator and kept me informed every step of the way. Unfortunately the repair needed is more than I expected at this time. We were not able to have the repair done at the dealership and will have to do it myself. We love our Minis, just do t understand why repairs are so expensive. "I recently had a service at MINI Tampa and decided to wait at their facility. I expected my car to take around an hour, but I don't bring it in much, so they discovered some things that needed attending to. I ended up having to wait there around 5 hours, but they continued to check in on me and give me updates on my car. They provide ample snacks and drinks, and the recently redone areas to wait in are comfortable. I am taking the time to write this review today because of Courtney, who at the end of my service, went out of her way to make sure my car was expertly cleaned and was really kind regarding her time and the whole process. "I just had to share that I had a great experience buying a pre-owned vehicle from this dealer. Dallas, my sales person, was patient in letting me test drive four cars and also coming up with a solution that allows me to mount my board on top of the car with no built in rails. The sale would not have happened without this solution so kudos to Dallas! Also, the entire team stayed an hour past closing to get the deal papered and they even had permanent plates on the car when I left. No hassle with temp tags!
