"I utilized a uhaul truck for a local move in February of 2022. Ultimately, the truck had a mechanical failure before the move was completed––resulting in approximately zero of my items being delivered. Unfortunately, this became a longstanding issue that Uhaul corporate could not seem to resolve for me and nearly five weeks later, the entire contents of my home remained somewhere in furniture purgatory. Every day thereafter, I remained trapped in a futile phone loop with Uhaul customer service that accomplished little more than frustration and phone transfers. Then, perhaps by divine intervention, Randy and Marcie at 4K Auto Repair became aware of this situation and were able to remedy in 12 hours what the entirety of Uhaul corporate could not fix in a months time. They were quick, empathetic, and professional. They wen't above and beyond to finally get my furniture back to me and thanks to them I've been able to retire the temporary air mattress I've been sleeping on and my back is forever grateful.
