"I have already referred it to several people I live in an extended stay motel and they do not have post office service or a street address I can use. The people in this store are extremely polite nice kind thoughtful I couldn't be happier. I used to work in the same plaza years ago before buying my own business at the opposite end of the street. The people in this particular store as I said go over and above keeping from locking up before the hours they've even stayed a minute late for me to get what I needed done! They have a wonderful attitude and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of this service"

He also saw my husband and I struggling with the heavy boxes and was most help full in getting the items back in my car . "I’ve been a longtime customer of this UPS store. Employees know me by name. I called on Monday afternoon and spoke to a Nimisha. I gave her the dimensions to my boxes and the weight. She called me a price for boxes and weight to send my wheels. The price you quoted me was $325. I went to the store today and they told me $1700.00 That’s a huge difference in price and now how do I go back and tell the customer on eBay that UPS missed quoted me and I can’t ship the item to you. On top of that I had to pay UPS $130.00 just a box the item up for me after they missed, quoted me a price. Very very disappointed."
