"My wife got a little too close to a concrete base for a light pole and pulled the right rear bumper loose. We tried to snap it back in place and put masking tape over it to hold. It didn't hold and kept coming loose. We had to cut a third off the bumper to avoid tearing it off completely. We got estimates from three places and Carsmetics was lower by several hundred dollars. They also arranged for a great rate on a rental car, even shuttled us to rental car and arranged to drop off the rental car at their office. They were very helpful and informative the entire time. We dropped our van off at 8:30 AM and they said it would take two days. But the next day they called us and said it was ready! It looked beautiful. We were very pleased with the whole process. Highly recommended."
