"My daughter and I were sitting there...Stranded ... trying desperately to figure out how to get the brake light changed when out of the sun comes our hero Amber. She happily argued and wiggled and fought the tail light cover until it gave up the ghost and let us change the tail light. Not only did she do that, she sold and changed the wipers and 5 minutes or less. Big shut out and kudos to o'reilly's for being smart enough to hire Amber"
