Zips Car Wash

"Zips was great when it first opened. It has gone "downhill". Vacuums don't work very well (low suction), the tracks push the car out before it has a chance to blow off excess water, the rug vacuum machine doesn't clean carpeted rugs without multiple passes through machine, and the vehicle twirling brushes don't clean well anymore. The machine seems to pull away from my vehicle before it's compete, thereby missing some areas along the side and back of my vehicle. The zips in Milton does better in my opinion."

"Disappointed. Staff was nice but busy swiping on facebook and not fixing the wash issues. They also couldn't resolve a refund for paying for a pro wash that didn't provide tire shine. Had to call corporate during business hours to get a run around for a refund. To be honest I'm not sure much soap was used and the whole wash system seems wore out. Definitely avoid and go to a Ronnys or Eco Wash. Ctn#189442 ***update. During the week long attempt to get a refund a Manager reach out and said he would take care of it when he returned from a fishing trip in South Florida. I texted the day after he said he would be back to refund and he replied that he had quit and to reach out to the owner. Reached back out to corporate and they said they would email the owner. Once again ghosted. Ended up having to dispute the credit card charge. I'm not sure how someone can operate a business like this and be successful. More than likely they are not. Was super patient on my end the entire time. I will like to note the orginal wash staff thanked me for not yelling at them. Must be a common thing these days. ✌️ Peace."

"haven't used a car wash in awhile, used the zips off pace paid for the $20 wash and still ended up spending 20minutes after cleaning my tires and rims as it looked as if the tires did not get washed at all. There was no glass cleaner available, or interior car cleaner just damp rolled up towels.. feel like i wasted my time and money yesterday. The car didn't even look like it was cleaned either. Very disappointed."

"We have been going to zips car wash for several years and never experienced anything like this till now. We just bought a brand new Toyota RAV4 and first time using the car wash with this car the rim was scratched and it was brought to the attendance attention. According to the attendant they had their car wash serviced recently and they thought they fix the problem so she said, so a report was written. We have not heard from anyone to fix our rim! This was over two weeks ago! Nobody has called us back to resolve this and I am so angry! Update: We have been contacted and hope to have this issue resolved soon. I greatly appreciate your response. Thank you!"

"Paid for the 20 dollar wash. Expected the car to be clean. Ended up coming home and washing by hand. The half dirty looked worse than before I went in it. But girl at the selector was very nice"
