"The absolute worst customer service of any store around here. Waited in line while it took the cashier three tries to get the guy in front of me's tobacco order right. Then I tried to pay with a card and she made me wait while she got change for her register even though I had already waited for so long and I didn't even need the change! I was holding my card out to her! The other cashier was just oblivious to everything going on. It should not take that long to get in and out of a Tom Thumb"
"Employees greeted me and made sure I was happy with my purchase. They have lots of hot breakfast items available. Easy in and out."
"The young girl working the deli was only interested in standing there doing as little as possible, and was irritated by me asking a question on top of being rude. She only showed partial interest in helping my girlfriend but when it came to myself or the gentleman behind me she just stood there or acted like she couldn't hear. Meanwhile there's another deli employee standing there as well, another employee sitting on a stool, two employees running registers, one employee hanging out in the cooler, and another one outside smoking so for this store it was a good day because they actually have two registers manned AND someone in the deli at the same time. Usually at this store one register is open you have to wait forever for a deli worker to appear or if you make the mistake of asking someone at a register if anyone's working the deli from the deli counter they ignore you until you walk to the register they're at and look them in the eyes and ask for help at the deli. Then as they huff, puff, and roll their eyes and make the slow agonizing walk to the kitchen area you begin to think why do these people work here? Managers are just as miserable and not helpful at this store. I refuse to stop here again after the last few months of the same people who wish they could just keep the doors locked all day and get paid. Seriously I think that whoever does the hiring should be fired first, because they've filled every position with people who are sullen, lazy, uninterested, and just don't care. But it could be they're all on the same medication because they all have the same blank look on their faces, the same lack of interest in anything going on around them, and poor work ethic. Lost a customer here, so hello Circle K."
"I am the type of person who gets along with everybody but there's a black guy with glasses that works there who is very rude to customers. I asked for a pack of cigarettes. I told him he was being snappy towards me and he said no he wasn't it's just the way I thought he was acting and he gave me my receipt very rudely and said "Have a nice day" very sarcastically. This isn't the first time he's been rude to me. He acts like he doesn't want to be there. There's no way he should have been working there as long as he has now."
"Not much use having fountain drinks if they are going to be out of syrup. Even worse when you tell the employee at the deli and she says it is not her job to go tell a cashier. Thank goodness their are other places to do business."
