Lowe's Home Improvement 5143 US 90, Pace, FL 32571

"I have shopped at the Lowe’s in Pace for many years built a barn, built a garage never been late on my payment. I had brain surgery in August and I’m not supposed to lift anything heavy I’m 76 years old had to ask a customer to help put a heater into my buggy I checked out because I had a credit there of over 100 and something dollars and there was a gentleman at the door I asked him if there was someone that could help me lift that heavy heater into my car and he said yeah there’s somebody out in the parking lot so I went out and looked around the parking lot and I couldn’t find the somebody came back in and asked him if he could point out the somebody and he kept ignoring me so I tapped him on the shoulder and said excuse me and he told me to get my hands off of him. Wow that’s how $10 an hour dude talks to their customers so I said where is the guy and he said oh he probably went to lunch and I said well can someone help me? He said well, you’ll have to wait till after lunch. I believe it I said you’re telling me I need to wait till after lunch for someone to help me load this heater well this other guy walked up and he said he was the store manager and he was going to load that heater. I do not think he was the store manager and he had the nerve to tell me that is not what the guy said and that is exactly what the guy said because I’m not hard of hearing those are the words he said you’ll have to wait till after lunch so I told that gentleman that I would never step foot in Lowe’s again if I want to shop at Lowe’s I will shop at the one in Gulf Breeze. I do have a home in Bagdad I have one on the beach it’s just as easy for me to shop at the lowes in and Gulf Breeze. What audacity the little guy has was shocking So I guess at Lowe’s in Pace the customer can be treated very Shabliy"

"I would just like to say thank you to the manager, Mark at the store in Pace. He went above and Beyond to resolve the issue I had with customer service for the warranty purchase of a dryer. He displayed professionalism and integrity, and I just wanted to commend him for providing an excellent level of customer care."

"This place won't be getting my business anymore. I spent my time loading lumber on a cart for them to put it back on the shelf after I left for a few to go and get some other items in the store. Also not happy with the cashier in the lumber department not very friendly and helpful when I brought it to her attention. I would understand if it was busy and no one saw us but the two employees in lumber cleary saw us loading material. Needless to say I just left and went to Home Depot."

"Only 3 handicap carts. No full shower displays. No provisions for bath to shower conversions. Store personell working on project blocking portion of main entrance. Aisles cluttered with products. Update: Sep 2023 Purchased clothes washer today and was assisted by Gracie who saved me a lot of money, was polite, professional, and very helpful. Store was extremely busy with lots of customers. Store needs more electric carts for handicapped folks. Lots of new residents in the county now."
