"I have been a satisfied customer of T-mobile for a number of years, and recently was happy with the help I received from the store at Veterans and Santa Barbara in Cape Coral setting up a new phone. The personnel were knowledgeable and agreeable. It was just the opposite when I asked a fairly simple question at the store on Pine Island road and Hibiscus. This review is for that store only. The employees were quite unhelpful, and even dismissive.....not even allowing me to explain my problem. They were not busy at the moment, but still had no time or interest in helping."

"The sales person in the sore. White guy with a gold chain and beard was absolutely rude. My husband went in to buy a new phone because his screen was broken. I had looked up to see if he was due for an upgrade in which he was. He asked this guy, if his phone was salvageable. The guy "rudely" said, "we don't fix phone" Again my husband asked it was "salvageable" Again, this guy said "we don't fix phone" So, my husband left and went and has the screen fixed. So, no sale for this idiot today."
