"I've been using Computer Advantage in Sarasota for over 15 years. IMO they are far superior to an official Apple Store. They are a fully certified and authorized Apple service provider. I love the location across from SRQ airport, so very convenient to get to from other nearby metro areas. The real heart of it for me comes down to the fact that the official Apple Service won't even look at an old Mac computer, but Computer Advantage not only works on Mac computers Apple considers too old to bother with, they do it in the most knowledgeable and professional way possible with decades of experience. They are completely knowledgeable on the newest tech and products also. More recently, they were able to recover my most important data from a completely crashed, malware infested, 10 year old laptop. I too ended up purchasing a new Macbook Air and other accessories from their store. The prices are exactly the same as the Apple store, and the people are super nice and knowledgeable. Too bad everyone doesn't have access to a Computer Advantage!"
