My son has always had an interest in bike mechanics, but this issue was a bit too complex for him to handle on his own. We appreciated Quintin’s thorough explanation and the opportunity to observe the repair firsthand. It was an excellent learning experience for him, and we highly appreciate the time and patience Quintin showed."

"This is easily my new favorite store in the Bradenton/Sarasota area. The staff has been friendly and professional every time to go here. The first time I went in I was walking past and thought I'd just go in and check it out. I was surprised how well everything was displayed and the high quality of everything. I've since become a member and take my new bianchi road bike here for servicing. The techs explain to me everything they're doing and are happy to answer any questions. Plus, I've already saved more by being a member than what was the cost of the lifetime membership and this location has only been open a month!"

"Big store but weak selection compared to other REI stores. Their staffing situation is uhhh.. “a lot”. I was also overall disappointed in their opening. There was no real sale, no giveaways, or anything of that nature. Overall a very welcoming store, sometimes it was too welcoming (always being asked questions), store is very big and roomy (weird layout btw) but there’s a limited selection, it’s a fine store, very clean, no real complaints."
