"I worked with Amy Wang, who works in NYC. I have never met someone so skilled and competent and honest, watching out for your best interest. I tried 3 brokers prior to Amy, and my situation scared them off. Two brokers underpriced the rental price by at least $900/month. Renting a co-op versus a condo are very different and she understands the timing and market in both areas.
