"Second stay here this year due to being close to local hospital for treatment. Staff are extremely polite, professional & friendly. Rooms are large, albeit dated, but super comfortable. Basic kitchen amenities, a full size fridge/freezer, a stove top & microwave, but really appreciate being able to cook, re-heat & prepare basic meals. Morton Williams grocery store & a Starbucks are both a 3 min walk. Two parking garages are on the same street."

"This hotel has large rooms; Great for families. The staff were exceptional and very courteous. On the first night, they made sure we had everything to be comfortable and delivered it to our room. On our way out, Krys offered luggage storage for us so we can enjoy the last day and helped us get a car to the airport at a really good price."

"We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff were so friendly and extremely helpful, especially Chris, the bellhop. He handled our luggage when we arrived early and left late, gave us recommendations, and arranged the hotel car for us to take us to the airport. We stayed in a Junior Queen Suite and it was very roomy for the 4 of us with space to eat and hangout. The bathroom was very spacious too; there was a vanity large enough for two people to share at once across from the bathroom sink. Finally, this hotel is very clean. The neighborhood was great and there were tons of restaurant and shopping options within a few blocks. We couldn't have asked for a better hotel experience."

"I stayed here frequently over the past two years for extended work related stays. Perfect NYC location, central but not in the middle of all the crowds. The staff here is super accommodating and hospitable! The price point is great considering you’re basically getting a studio apartment with hotel service. Kitchens come equipped with gas burner stove, large microwave, a full size fridge, coffee machine, cookware and dining ware! On 5th Avenue you will pay a lot more for way less. The gym is on the small side but has everything you need. I highly recommend to anybody who needs an extended stay in NYC."
