"I have lived at Avalon Morningside Park for years now and am always grateful for the wonderful service we receive. Each staff member I encounter, whether they’re from the front desk, maintenance, or the office, is friendly and goes out of their way to ensure that I have what I need. While issues in the building are rare, I know that if one ever arises, the necessary team will work quickly and diligently to address my concern—I have seen this with maintenance requests and through my conversations with the community manager. I truly cannot sing enough praises about the entire staff here—I really appreciate them and their hard work so much. I am always greeted with a warm smile from the front desk when I leave in the mornings and when I arrive at the end of a long day. The common areas are kept neat and tidy and are always warm and welcoming. I have lived in a few other large buildings in NYC, and have to say that Avalon Morningside has been, without a doubt, the best experience I have had since moving to the city. I couldn’t ask for a better place to call home, and look forward to many more years here."

"Our experience at Avalon Morningside was good. Parking was a bit difficult at first but things got better. When we moved in found few maintenance issue, had to call maintenance, they address issues super fast. the day we moved- out met a aggressive folk in leasing office, turns out a building contractor, Avalon management did reach out to us later to apologize for that incident. We do appreciate that much. Gustavo, Camden, Michael are super nice ...the apartment common areas are well maintained and safety always are their top priority which we loved the most. We moved to our new place but carrying fond memories of our time at Avalon Morningside Park."

"I moved to Avalon Morningside Park In May '23. My experience with the staff at the building before I moved in, and since, has been amazing. From the beginning, the staff in the management office (Camden and Michael) was extremely helpful, professional, and gracious. Whatever comes up they respond quickly and help in any way they can. Michael did everything he could to make my move-in a breeze. He's terrific! The resident manager, Camden, is extremely professional and friendly. I've lived in NYC for almost 60 years. You don't encounter people like Camden in rental buildings very often! It's nice to know he's right here, on site, ready to help. The building staff is incredibly professional and friendly. The concierge team (everyone - Deno, Gustavo, Alex, etc) is professional, friendly, and helpful. You always get a "welcome back!" and a smile when you come home. The building is kept very clean. The maintenance staff (Sam, Tanshi, Tenzin, etc) is outstanding. The issues I had in the apartment were resolved quickly and professionally. After I moved in there was an issue or two with my apartment. The maintenance staff responded in record time. In one case, I called down to the concierge regarding a leak. Literally, one minute later three people were at my door ready to fix the leak! I'm still new to the building so I don't know everyone's name. But I have only good things to say about the entire Avalon Morningside team. There's a good app you can use to make requests with. That's super-helpful. I'm happy to live here.
