"Do not work with these brokers! They will take your money and go radio silent. Fast tracked, give wrong information, give brief emails and responses like they cannot be bothered. After moving into apartment fridg and washing machine missing, no hot water, no parking spot that I paid extra for! The list goes on..they got their 15 percent and do maybe 5 minutes of work"

"They said the apartment was unavailable while I was signing the lease and arranged for paying the broker fees, and first and last month of rent, and made a formal application for the property. Multiple employees in this group were on my email thread either all equally complicit or clueless. Their deliberate or not mistake costed me several days and bank fees on my short trip to NYC looking for an apartment to start my job on time. If you are lucky, you will get a ‘Sorry’ and no place to stay."

"The most unprofessional and inhospitable real estate company I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. I can’t speak for the entire company (although it seems other reviews can), but Mehmet Yuksekbas and Samantha Beresford were extremely unprofessional. I reached out to Mehmet about my interest in an apartment on August 30th and did not receive so much as a response or acknowledgement from him. I reached out to both Mehmet and Samantha again almost a month later through both text AND email and was AGAIN ignored. In the meantime, the apartment that I was so interested in became unavailable. I’m not sure what kind of customer service training these people receive but the very least you can do is REPLY to a prospective client when they reach out to you. I have reached out to dozens of real estate agents throughout New York and have never received treatment as cold and rude as I did with the Corcoran Group. I do NOT recommend."
