Every staff member including the Mr. Shaun Covington I have worked or interacted with, have been pleasant, professional and friendly. (One sad thing is the partition they needed to put up following COVID. It felt good to step in, say a hello; had a warm, pleasant, and friendly feel ... hope its removed soon!)"

"What a horrible company. David, who helped us, should be fired immediately (last name left out for privacy)! We will be filing a claim against them with NYC Housing Authority and Better Business Bureau. They say we have been selected for an interview for an Affordable Housing Apartment in NYC. When we get there, David informs us that we do not qualify for a two bedroom because we are married (it does not state this when applying). If this lazy a$$ would have taken two seconds to look over the application and saw this system error, he would have saved us A LOT of work and heartache. Again, he should be fired for doing this to us. I’m sure we are not the first! We put our entire lives on hold for three days getting our paperwork in order, which is a ridiculous and immense amount of work!! Second, they only hold interviews during normal work hours, so we had to request the day off, with very short notice, making our bosses very unhappy. Absolutely disgusted with the company and cannot wait to file a claim against them with the city. I hope they lose the right to represent NYC in the Affordable Housing process."
