"absolutely horrible customer service, doesn't answer the phone and billed for services never received. Agreed to let them list a property and was billed for property management services that every real estate agent would provide. After finally speaking with someone, I was under the impression things had been resolved and a year later a collections agency contacted me with a bill from Buffalo City Living. Still yet to receive a call back- highly advise to stay away from Christopher M."

"I had to edit this review initially I said nothing, just gave it one star. I see that CHRISTOPHER MEKKER the general manager wants to be a petty pig. Writing a statement as if he's exposing something personal. The key return was an agreed upon date because of the circumstances they allowed. I am an honorably discharged wartime veteran and mom, was unexpectedly issued a 30 day notice to vacate, right before school started for my kid. Because I refused to renew lease desiring instead a month to month lease. WHY? Because they refused for MONTHS to fix the plumbing a toilet that was a constantly clogged sewage mess. Although I would have been entitled to, I did not withhold rent which I regret now. I was promised a fenced backyard, that never came. As matter of fact the old fence was tore down the day I moved in. I was told it was rotten. They left up hazardous bits and pieces of it. When I asked why it had not been replaced because (as it was a safety issue for my child and small service dog) I was told because the owner couldn't afford it, yet I was paying almost $1300 a month. They continue to collect rent and charge constant fees if you're even a 1/2 a minute late with your rent payment. They allow owners of the homes to be dead beats. If you need your snow shoveled or your grass mowed don't depend on them! They promise but do not deliver I don't believe they won the award they claim they did a couple years ago as one of Buffalo's best. BEWARE when dealing with this so called management agency. I'm so happy now that I have my own home, and the nightmare of dealing with landlord management is over. PS I"ve got receipts to backup everything I just wrote"

"Buffalo city living manages a property that I have, the team there was able to find me a great tenant. They also do a great job handling the month to month responsibilities and anything else that comes up. They have given me a complete hands off service with my units. I will definitely be calling on them for my next property."

"This work was amazing! Jason was the most incredible worker who did the most excellent work! My kitchen wall, cabinets and floor were gorgeous! The new floor made all the difference! You will never know that there was a fire in that room. It actually looked more beautiful than it did when it was brand new. Buffalo City Living was on time and courteous. "I am a Buffalo home owner who has used Buffalo City Living for minor repairs and upkeep on my home as well as one major renovation. They have helped out with patching walls, repairing a fallen ceiling, a water pipe burst, broken window, motion lights and more. The major renovation consisted of fixing what another contractor had messed up when bringing all of my hardwood back to it's natural beauty. It looks amazing. I have found them to be extremely competent at their jobs. Sheila is always polite on the phones and responds to e-mails in a timely manner. Rob has one of the best work ethics I have ever seen. He is attentive to details, meticulous in his work, and a bit of a perfectionist. Chris is very hands on and usually comes out to check on the work at some point in the job. He always wants feedback, good or bad, to help the company become better. I would recommend this company to friends and strangers, and I have."
