"When I moved to 142 main ave Passaic Nj 07055 I use this dry cleaning for the first and only time. I gave $50 cash in advance and “I was put on the system” they gave me paper of receipt. I lost it. I went back after 2 weeks to collect my winter coats around 3 winter coats ( around $450 each) Beautiful Blazers max Mara ( around $250) plus other pieces. The lady got very angry and upset and told me that I was lying because I don’t have the receipt. I told her to look for me in the system, she barely did it. And said that she doesn’t find me and that I am lying. She was extremely angry and upset, which didn’t really make sense. They kept my clothe. I decided not to call police or not do something at that time. I should have. But at least I want to write this so you are aware.!! The lady “looked Chinese” And this happened on April 2015. Better to say not to say."

"My father bought a suit for a special occasion and did alterations. When he went to pick it up they kept telling him you came already and we don’t have the suit anymore. He kept telling them I never picked it up but they kept blaming him. A few weeks later they found it and said “it wasn’t lost it was misplaced” and never took the blame and charged him for it. It was bought for a special occasion and he wasn’t able to use it for that occasion. At least “own up” to the mistake and don’t charge them for the alterations. We will never be going there again"
