"I frequently drop off my clothes for the wash and fold service. They usually do a good job, I have lost a few articles of clothing and received other peoples clothing infrequently. There are different cashiers who weigh the laundry and provide a price. One of them in particular continuously charges more than the listed price (listed price is $1 per pound). Recently, she weighed my clothes and charged me $30. I looked at the scale (which is hard to see) and saw that the clothing only weighed 23 pounds (should cost $23). When I questioned her about it she told me they raised their prices and that is why it costs more. I was in a rush so I said okay. I went back to pick up my clothing and asked the other cashier the prices and they hadn't changed."
"On 10/10/21. This really rude obnoxious attendant yelled at me and gave me the worst attitude I have ever experienced in my life. She told me not to talk to her. Her job is to be courteous and considered with the public. Al I was trying is to ask whether or not they do dry laundry services. I would strongly suggest the owner to re train this individual as it's a menace to someone."
"I must say that I always have a wonderful experience in this fantastic laundry mat. Ana is always smiling when you arrive. The family of this laundry mat is wonderful and I have been friends with them for years.. the only thing that has changed is the updated machines. The hospitality and warm welcome stands the test of time.."
"I have been going to this laundry mat for wash and fold for the advertised price of $.75 a pound. I recently came to find out they have been adding weight when to the clothes. I went the 01/2018 in the morning during the week before going to work young lady weight my clothes and never showed me the the weight of my clothes I was suspicious. I was in a hurry that day, I went back Friday night. When getting my clothes, I asked the another lady to get my clothes and asked her to weigh my clothes she said I was charged $3.00 more for my wash and fold. Then she called the lady that took care of me the first time she told me to come back the next day to get my clothes and desput her. I will be going else where for my wash and fold. I hate crooks. I love we can write reviews to make others customers be aware."
