"I called to set up an account and arraigned a pick up time over the phone (where i shared my credit card and address and the location was confirmed), set my items out as directed and never heard from them until the evening came around when i reached out was told “I’m too far off their route.” Why wasn’t I told that when they took my credit card information? Also their address online doesn’t match up with any storefront, a little suspect."
