"I have been a constant customer for about 9 months. Taking into consideration, I wash once a week and the longest without washing would be two weeks, so it would approximately be 30-34 visits within those 9 months. It has taken me a while to decide my review on this place. As it is constantly inconsistent with its machines. There is occasions where machine are working just fine in the setting you choose but there is more occasions where the machines don't have hot water at all and don't work in the pre wash and wash setting. So the lady has to come and reset the machine and put it in the only setting that works, which is cold water with no pre wash. Although the place is very clean and the lady that works here gives a little of attitude when you complain about the machines, it is all bearable. But when using the machines, I've noticed more times my clothes has not come out to the best of its washes. 50% of the drying machines work properly and actually give you an efficient dry when set 30-40 minutes. The rest you have to at least dry a second time after those 30-40 minutes and realize it or not the price is not that cheap to dry for 10 minutes."

"Me and my mother were just there and the closing lady was very rude. She told us we couldn’t wash after I clothes were already in the washers and we had recharged the card. As we were drying and folding, she shut off all the lights and told us if we could just shove our WET clothes into our bags and fold it at home. She says the owner did not pay her OT and that’s why she was kicking us out."
