"I stopped going here. The service offered got worst: the laundry machine coin box reject all the coins unless you put it in a tricky certain way. The same for the dry machines. It gets 5 minutes for every coin to be placed inside the coin box. The money changer machine don’t receive the money even if it are in good conditions, unless you’re lucky and the machine recognize it. The dryer machines takes 4 or more coins to get dry your clothes and the contradictory part is that the price of the service rised! I stopped to go there. This owner is greedy. I’ll give it -5 if there were an option. The lady that attends there is polite and nice when she goes(unless you complain about the Landry machines) and the laundry service offered in this laundry is the worst. She can be reached only by phone after 10-20 minutes because she is never at the site. I wouldn’t mind if the machines were working properly. This wouldn’t be a problem because however, none machine doesn’t work properly. There are two laundries 5 blocks around from here in Passaic to go, instead this laundry, that are working enough fair and it machines worth it because even the smallest machines in the other laundries are bigger than the small ones in Cascade, and everything works fine."

"This has got to be the worst laundromat !!! LMAOOOOO because there’s always something wrong with this place. The quarters get eaten up, the dollar to quarters machine is broken sometimes, the machines don’t work properly. To be specific, the freaking dryers don’t work AT ALL! A sign would’ve been nice so I didn’t have to waste my time I should have just gone to Ana’s in the first place. LOL overall, I think the machines need to be fixed. Or— just get new machines for goodness sake. If you guys don’t wanna fix ur machines get new ones. But yeah never gonna come back here even tho its so close by. Only quality over Convenience from now on !! And its not my first time at this laundromat to be honest. I go there every now and then. But the dryers not working was the last straw! Also yay lol this is my first Google review cool"
