"They have employees who have worked there for “awhile” who still lack training and any real ability to facilitate rental agreements. We worked with an agent who never had a straight answer for any questions and was almost impossible to get ahold of. We were told we were approved and had the apartment, all we had to do was give them the deposit. When we went to give them our deposit, the agent told us they decided to honor previous showings and now we were being considered among multiple applicants. This agent never knew what was going on with applications or what the landlord was asking for. When it was time to tell us we weren’t picked, they had their boss call us instead, and he had no idea what had happened either. He tried to remedy the situation, even though it was too late since the apartment was off the market, by claiming “if this experience didn’t put a bad taste in your mouth, you can always contact us.” This business needs to have a seminar on business communications and professionalism."
