House my sister rented flooded in the basement everytime it rained, they refused to rectify the problem, leaving the basement unusable even for storage! Mold issues. Renters BEWARE!"

"Be careful with these guys they do not follow any rental laws. They will take your security deposit. They do nothing that they say they will do when you first sign up. They do not shovel the snow or take care of the grounds. I got a letter from them saying that the tenants need to take responsibility and shovel their driveways and side walks! That was not what they said in the lease. Also my apartment had an ant problem, mice, and carpenter ants. They lied about cleaning the apartment before I moved in. And about replacing the counter top. It's very hard to get them to do anything if there is something damaged. You get "I will take a note". Apartments are a little expensive too."
