"Awesome stay. The only issue was that I was working nights and Room service would still stop by during the day while I was sleeping. I never spoke up about it so that is on me. Other than that, they have a better than others breakfast, good clean rooms, great guest services at the front desk and obviously the cleaning lady is consistent. I highly recommend."

"I've just returned from a two night stay at the Residence Inn Binghamton. My group of four adults stayed in the two bedroom bi-level loft and it was perfect for the four of us. Extremely spacious, and boasted a full kitchen, complete with range and full sized oven. The two bedrooms were roomy and the bathrooms were also very nice. Staff was also excellent and quickly answered questions and brought extra towels within 10 minutes of me requesting them in the Bonvoy app. I have two, very mild, complaints with the suite. The beds are extremely high, very comfortable, but my 5'2" self practically needed a step stool to get into bed. The second complaint is something that really should be addressed by whoever deals with the furniture, the couch, which is a sofa bed (we only used it as a couch), is extremely uncomfortable, the wooden front piece digs into your thighs if you are sitting facing forward because there's nothing but a fairly thin cushion on each side covering the bed frame underneath. All in all, I would highly recommend the Residence Inn - Binghamton for group stays."

"Hear me out. Could it use a remodel? Yes. Are things new? No. Did I have a few itty bitty issues over time? Of course. But this place is wonderful! The STAFF make it amazing. In particular, Lilly. She was incredible. And the housekeeping staff was amazing. Everyone here has the heart of gold. Location was superb. Literally adjacent to tye university. I am very grateful for this property and having the chance to be here for months. Really really great. PS, they are making many exterior improvements putting in money and time to invest in the property. Thank you Binghamton Residence Inn."

"Great stay. I booked a two bedroom suite for my family. There was an upstairs and downstairs bedroom with a bathroom on each floor. The rooms were spacious, plenty of room in the living room, the bathrooms were a good size and there’s a kitchen with a dining table. The beds were comfy and there was good heat. The rooms could use an upgrade but not a big issue. My only complaint was that the hot water ran out at night and there was a twitching light in the hallway. The breakfast was plentiful, there’s good parking and I felt safe in the area. I’ll definitely return when visit binghamton again and highly recommend for families."

"The place is aging and could use a remodel. One definitely feels the age of the rooms...slow drains that need some work, occasional spiders and other outside bugs (no bed bugs.) extra furniture was stored in the coat closet and it was dirty/dusty. All that aside, it's comfortable, housekeeping is generally reliable, parking is easy enough, and the manager even carried my box of supplies upstairs for me when I arrived. No elevator, so be aware if you have a lot of stuff. The walls are thin. Hope you don't have a party next door. Good stay for long-term, next to restaurants, shopping, and Binghamton university."
