"Had a two-night stay scheduled for a hockey tournament in Binghamton. Unfortunately, had to cut it to one night because of an incoming snow storm. There was a little confusion with Hilton corporate since we had prepaid for the room, but Mac helped us make the cancellation for the second night. I had my hockey gear dryer there which dries my gear, but makes a stink. Mac was kind enough to allow me to place it in the laundry room and I was able to dry my gear without disrupting anyone else's stay, including my wife (if I had used it in our room). Mac was extremely helpful and we were very appreciative of the time he took. Great hotel, everything is very clean. Excellent stay, will stay there again."

"Very clean and loved the tea coffee and hot chocolate available in the lobby any time! The night desk staff was super kind and bubbly even at 10pm at night. She was very warm and welcoming. Be aware breakfast only runs until 9am M-F and is not correct if you reference the hard way. I hate to give a low rating, but the front girl was SO rude when I went down at 9:45am and realized this. She was not apologetic and looked very unprofessional sitting I. Her coat— I do not remember her name. This was 12/29/23. I would definitely seek out a Tru hotel again! It was our first time; we usually choose a Hampton."

"My experience here has been stellar. The hotel is new, clean, and roomy. It looks modern inside and out. The staff was friendly and available. Ample parking, great TV viewing options, and free Lavazza coffee all day."

"We stayed two nights. Asked for the room to be cleaned for the second day, but it wasn't. No blanket provided for the bed, only a lite duvet cover. Staff was sweet and apologized when we checked out. The hotel and room was clean and modern. Good shower, hot water and strong pressure. The room temperature was good through the night. There is a good black out shade over the window that kept the room nice and dark. The free breakfast bar had real hard-boiled eggs, real scrambled eggs, multiple healthy milk selections, grains and condiments, which was impressive compared to the free breakfasts offered at the many nearby hotels that we have stayed at over the years. It's not a five star hotel, but it is the best choice for the Binghamton, Johnson City and Vestal vicinity."

"We needed a last minute room and had no problems here. The gentleman at the front desk was polite and helpful. The room's are a bit different than most hotels I suppose. No hotel is perfectly clean, ours was average and the price was reasonable."
