"Never stayed at a Hampton Inn and Suites before. Nice big room with a sitting area. Nice bathroom. I was surprised to find the shower wasn't a walk-in shower. The only drawback to the bathroom for me. I'm not a fan of digital thermostats The room never seems to stay warm or cool, depending on the season. I wish the controls were still on the unit. I was also surprised to find they still had adjoining rooms. Most hotels don't have this anymore. Give a Hampton Inn and Suites a chance if you get a chance."

"Truly horrible experience with rude and threatening staff. A staff member, who refused to identify herself, wearing no id badge, demanded that I open my door to speak with her. She refused to tell me the reason for her demand or what the issue was. She threatened to call the police if I did not open the door. When I came to the door she proceeded to berate me about a noise complaint (7:40pm) and said that she had the keys to my room and could enter whenever she pleased. The rude and threatening attitude continued while I explained to her that we have 2 2-year olds. The result was her walking away saying she would kick us out if it happened again. She refused to provide her name when I asked. Given that it was Thanksgiving, no one from Hilton management was able to intervene. This is a blatant safety issue and unacceptable behavior from any hotel."

"We have enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn and suites. We had a pet friendly room on the first floor. We checked in a little early which was nice after a long drive. The hot breakfast was set up well and the staff member working that area was very attentive and kept it organized and stocked."

"The rooms are on par with a usual Hampton inn, which is gleefully predictable. Clean and well maintained. When my party was eating dinner at one of the tables outside the lovely gentleman working the front desk came and brought us fresh baked cookies. It was very sweet and is the main reason I decided to write this review."
