On the overpayment total so told fill out 561 form ok go there wait get called oh no you have to fill out 131 form and our printer is not working so I can’t give you one so I’m going to be the one overpaying them but I guess that’s ok"

"I don’t have any complaints against the stuffs who are working inside. They are enough polite and professional with their work. Also I don’t have to wait too long for my call. This one star is for the security guard. She was excessively rude and mean towards everyone. I mean it’s your job, how could you be so unprofessional? People would come to you and ask you questions. Same goes for me. I asked her a question but she didn’t let me finish and said get your ticket first and have a seat. Extremely disappointed and unprofessional service. I never met someone so mean in my life. Hope I don’t have to go there again."

"Certainly, they hated their jobs, The security woman was very rude and very aggressive to us with no reason, I felt like I was in a police Camp, no questions, just listen to her order. The office workers were rude and impatient to elderly too. Why are U guys still in that position, quit, and find something else you like, stop acting up and be angry with people coming here for help, very disappointed."
