"They lost a package I got from Japan while marking it being out for delivery, how the hell did you lose it while delivering it? I contacted usps and filed a claim and after one day they said they just can’t find it and marked it as lost. I contact usps regarding this again and they said I have to file a claim with the seller company since this item was bought internationally so they’re not at fault at all even tho THEY lost the item? Probably stole it wouldn’t be surprised. It’s not the first time they have been lazy or stupid. Multiple times they don’t even attempt delivery as I have seen in my ring camera the mailman won’t even go to my front door or will delivery letters but not a package. No notices or anything so this usps sucks and they never answer the phone either."
"The teller Moon have a very bad attitude and after you show him documents and he said he can’t do it and need to wait for other person to do. I told him I came last year and do it for other kids and he told to leave and go to another post office. I been waiting for The office to be open and patiently wait for another 30 mins because they said they were busy when is not. The post office management need to be on ground on how their employees treat customers. I’m not saying all post office employees are like this, but training need to be in place for employee like this worker “worker”. I have been living in this neighborhood for 8 years, and never experience something like this being mistreated unrespectly. I called 311 to make a complaint already."
"It's confusing which post office I'm being asked about. My best guess is that I'm asked about the one on Manor Rd n/o Victory Bl. If so, I can say that the self-service station is operational. It would be good if there were more such stations. Unfortunately, the receptacle that is designed to accept packages was locked when I was there. I'm not sure why it was locked, but it kind of defeats the purpose of self service if one has to go to the window to get a package mailed."
"Crowded like every other post office, but the staff of usually very friendly. The lady in the lobby is always helpful. The window clerks Aren’t the most inviting but they do take the time to explain things to you. Which is hard to find patient people now a days. Plus this location has the self service kiosk which is a HUGE plus for me. I don’t understand why every post office doesn’t have one"
"I came here early Monday morning. There was no line and no customers inside. Howver i waited alone waiting to be called for a good 5mins. Not sure if they didn't see me or they were busy. But I figured if u see a customer waiting you would want to help them asap. The post office is big. Decent amount of parking. They have multiple mail boxes for packages and letter mail. Q"
