"This location is always messy and very slow. Most of the times they have two windows open. It always bother me when they’re in a rush and don’t give me the option to choose how I would like my receipt. But on this day Antoinette the window clerk was very nice, patient and took the time to let me choose my receipt option They have decent parking, but no self service machine. So just to get a receipt if you’re dropping something off, you will have to wait. In the past I visited this location and a lady was purchasing stuff from a customer through the window; and the seller asked her to ask her co workers if she wanted to purchase items as well: I thought that was extremely unprofessional. For fast and better service I would recommend the Manor Road location. Had it not been for the friendly service I received today, I would leave a one star"

"They make no attempt to deliver my Amazon package. No attempt at all. Especially if you live in Mariner Harbor Community apartments. They will deliver to the houses across the street but not the apartments. Why is that? Then they would lie about it and say they tried to deliver your package. Meanwhile my medicine been at the Post Office and it never left. Now I have to take off from work with no pay to get my package. Plus bring ID It's discrimination from the US post office"
