"This is definitely the place to call when you want to become frustrated and irritated. Asked a simply question about getting information from their website and the person who answered the phone kept repeating 'enter info about block and lot'. Over and over again when I told her I did not have that info however I had the name of the previous owner, the address and date of sale of the home from 1971. I simply stated that the website would not give me the info when I entered the previous owner's name. " BLOCK and LOT, BLOCK and LOT". I went into this call with an open mind because last year I found them to be not helpful and rude. Unfortunately nothing has changed."
