I unfortunately have to update my review because of the awful experience I had with this company after the move. The movers themselves were great but the owner was completely awful to work with. There was damage to the apartment that the movers assured me the office would handle. For the last two months, this company has been rude, disrespectful, and completely unhelpful as I tried to find a solution for this damage. They have refused to take responsibility and were hostile during discussions. DO NOT hire this company. The liability is not worth it."
