"The most disrespectful, unprofessional DISGUSTING PEOPLE EVER ! The base put in the wrong borough for my trip which costed me $45 dollars out of my pocket from $22 with this women cursing me out calling me nasty names in spanish as if i couldn’t understand her WITH MY CHILDREN IN THE CAR over a miscommunication and the base WHO WAS THE ROOT OF THE PROBLEM was absolutely disrespectful and no help at all for a trip that was initially supposed be $22 dollars i got threatened to be kick out the car with my 2 child in 32 degree weather and the base just spoke over me and told me i need to pay or get out the car now WITH 2 KIDS OVER A MISTAKE THEY MADE"

"If I can put 0 stars I would. I called to the Brooklyn location at 5:50 they told me 7 mins. I called more than 10 times for a whole hour. No car came this company unreliable and ridiculous. If you have no cars available just say that!!!!!!!!"

"I ordered a cab yesterday in advance to take us to JFK airport. 3 ppl and 5 suitcases. I was told $35.00. The cab never showed up. I call again they tell me it's $55.00 because it's a van. I briefly spoke with them about the price. I told to send me a cab asap. Than I get a call from a driver asking me how many suitcases I have. Told him 5 he said ok never came. I ended up calling Uber. The problem lately is that the drivers charge the customer Uber price even though you get the price over the phone."

"I give them a 3 stars because they are still a good company to call, but they did some shady stuff one night, and didn’t like their response. I called for a cab, for my mother, someone without TLC license plates showed up, I reported it to them, and their excuse, which btw didn’t make any sense was “We don’t know who the app sends” what app? I called you directly."
