The customer service is not professional at all and sends people to the wrong address without confirming the address and then the driver just sits there and raises the price."

"Waited over an hour for a car that never showed up. Tried calling to check in a couple of times and they started sending us straight to wait- when we called from a different line they picked right up, and still no cab. Very poor service and communication- if you don’t have a car or are experiencing delays just say it and don’t gaslight and extend peoples waits. Trying to get a physically impaired person home like this was ridiculous."

"This car service used to be great. I prefer to use Uber or Lyft. But my mom prefers the good all fashion car assistance. I call for a car and the disparcher is so rude. I don't understand why. So they decide to be unfriendly to customers who continue to use their services despite the other more convenient options available. They need to work on their communication skills. My mom started using Uber again."

"I would have given this business 5 stars because I have used them multiple times and really like them but the last driver (driver 166) let down the high esteem I had for them. I called my sister a car for the airport. The driver was 15 mins late and wouldn’t help us with our heavy suitcase even when we asked. He straight up just sat there and wouldn’t do it — and I asked twice. His air was gross, cocky and disrespectful. Immature, male toxicity at its most obvious. Too bad because I prefer to not use Uber when I can to support other businesses."
