"My grandmother called 4 days in advance to schedule transportation to receive her radiation treatment. A car came with someone in the car and would not let my grandmother inside the car. I am in total disbelief. I called and spoke to George and he was compassionless. He lied and said the didn't receive a call nor did they send a car but my grandmother have a reference number and 5 calls from the company telling her when the car will be there. Unfortunately I live in NC and my grandmother is in NY otherwise she would not have to experience such poor treatment."

I called them back and they said they send another that also never came. Another 20 minutes pass and I called back only to be put on hold for 5 minutes until I hung up in frustration.
