"In January 1994 on a very cold icy day I was terribly injured, while working as a director at Brookdale hospital with broken bone at lumbar area of the spine, there is multiple bulging on the low back and cervical spine, together with nerves damaged in entire spine with radiculopathy lumbar and radiculopathy of cervical spine. On that day Administration office called me that fire department was here and wanted to see exhaust on the roof, also some other department was with them. While I brought them on the roof and showed the exhaust I suddenly slept on icy roof and hit my back very badly. Those people on the roof assisted to bring me down to emergency room. Then my nightmare started, no any nurses or doctors showed to assist me. Brookdale hospital is responsible for not evaluating and stabilizing in emergency room injured employees. Then young woman from one of the department assisted to get in my car and I came home, went to Dr. Alan Rosen, who is chiropractic. He made X-Ray and he told there is fracture then he recommended to a law office of Sher, Herman, Bellone and Tipograph. My condition got worse, the nerves started traveling around my body, from back to the front making me like a heart conditions and hard to breath, nerves keep traveling again and again around my body constantly. And also I have difficulty swallowing after injuries, keep choking. Entire my body spine collapses. The law office of Sher, Herman, Bellone and Tipograph made me uncomfortable in their office and scoff at me, they unprofessionally represented me in court, did not protect my interests. During my case hearings they usually stepped out of the court room while my case was being discussed. The attorney’s action made harm to my case. Never responded to my calls and messages, they did not have any interest in providing legal assistance to me for so many work injuries. Whole attorneys practice is very rude. Those attorneys’ office and Dr. Rosen are responsible for what caused my health to become extremely damaged conditions and made me disabled for the rest of my life after my injuries sustained at work, leaving me in severe pain and suffering for the rest of my life without any compensation for my loss of work due to permanent disability."
